Process

How to Return an Item

Contact Us

Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1 business day with a Return Authorisation (RA) number.

Pack Your Item

Repack the item in its original Prima Vera box and tissue paper. Include your RA number on a note inside the parcel. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Ship It Back

Send your parcel to our Milan returns address using a tracked shipping service. We recommend insuring the parcel for its full value. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refund Processed

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been issued.

What Can Be Returned

Eligible for Return

  • Unworn and unwashed items in original condition
  • Items with all original tags and labels attached
  • Items returned in original Prima Vera packaging
  • Items returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Full-price items (see exclusions below)

Not Eligible for Return

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration
  • Items with removed or damaged tags
  • Sale and discounted items (final sale)
  • Personalised or made-to-order pieces
  • Swimwear and intimate apparel for hygiene reasons
  • Items returned after 14 days without prior authorisation

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please follow the same process as a return — email [email protected] with your order number and the item you would like to exchange for. If the requested item is available, we will reserve it for you and dispatch it as soon as we receive your return. If the item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a free return collection and either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs. Prima Vera takes full responsibility for any errors or quality issues on our part.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we have confirmed receipt of your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part. If you paid by gift card, the refund will be issued as store credit.

International Returns

International customers are welcome to return items following the same process. Please mark your parcel clearly as "Returned Goods — No Commercial Value" on the customs declaration to avoid import duties being applied. Prima Vera is not responsible for any customs charges incurred on returned parcels. We recommend using a tracked and insured service for all international returns.
