We ship to selected countries worldwide. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only — we are not liable for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

We want you to love your Prima Vera purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Sale items and personalised/made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Prima Vera S.r.l. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our website or products — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
