Order Processing

All Prima Vera orders are processed and dispatched from our Milan atelier within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Italian public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Packaging

Every Prima Vera order is carefully packaged in our signature cream tissue paper, placed in a rigid gift box, and sealed with our PV monogram ribbon. Orders are then placed in a protective outer carton for transit. Our packaging is 100% recyclable and made from FSC-certified materials, in line with our sustainability commitments. Complimentary gift wrapping is available at checkout.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may be levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order. Prima Vera is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your parcel directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received your tracking information within 48 hours of your order confirmation, please contact our customer care team at [email protected].

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information. If the parcel appears to be lost or significantly delayed, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the dispatch date and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf. Prima Vera is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including extreme weather, carrier disruptions, or customs delays.
